Privacy Policy

• Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image to create and secure your account.
• Uploaded photos. If you use a photo tool (photo to coloring page, photo to sketch, or AI colorizer) we temporarily process the image you upload. See section 2 for exactly what happens to it.
• Generation records. For signed-in users we store metadata about each generation — your prompt, the chosen style, the resulting image URL, and a timestamp — so we can show your history and manage your credit balance.
• Billing data. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider (Creem). We receive your subscription status and customer/subscription identifiers. We do not store your full card details — these are handled by the payment provider.
• Technical data. Basic logs and security data (such as IP address and user agent) used to operate, secure, and debug the Service.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To track credit balances and manage paid subscriptions.
• To respond to support requests and communicate important notices.
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues.

Photos you upload are treated as follows. The image is resized in your own browser and then sent to our Cloudflare Workers AI processing service, which converts it and returns the result. Specifically:

• We do not keep the photo you upload. The original file is used for the single conversion you asked for and is not written to our database or storage.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them.
• Only the generated result is stored, so you can view and download it again.
• You can delete it at any time by emailing us; we will remove the stored result on request.

We rely on the following processors to run the Service:

• Google — sign-in (OAuth) authentication and analytics.
• Creem — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, database, storage, and the AI image generation used to create coloring pages.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service and under their own privacy terms.

We keep account and generation-history data while your account is active. Photos you upload are not retained beyond the conversion described in section 2; generated results are kept with your history. You can request deletion of your account, your history, and any stored generated images at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@inkbloom.art.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service, plus privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage.

The Service is intended for adults (for example parents and teachers) who create coloring pages for children. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
